If contraft finished, they have no rights to take as you already paid for it. If contract still on, they can take back. Mine contract over, so they didnt take. Anyway, i have 2 old ZTE modem from TIME (cancelled and resubscribe after first contract over...lol...to get the free hard disk promotion last time).

Yeah, that's the issue, how do i check if the receiving devices can support.
I checked my laptop, it's using 802.11ac, so theoretically it should be able to go up to 1,300mbps if i am not wrong?

Highly doubt so. If u advertise 867mbps, even if can get 400mbps speed also ok. Nobody asking for full speed.

Besides i just did a speedtest again just now with ac1200 and Now i am getting 340mbps dl and 320 mbps ul speed.

So i am guessing is the full speed of 500mbps will be achieved by tomorrow once they make announcement.

Hope Time will offer free/subsidised router  upgrade.

I just get my 100Mbps TIME package installed today.

My laptop is only connected to 2.4Ghz, but iphone works well on 5Ghz.

Laptop speed test in the evening is about 40-50mbps, but at night it drop significantly to less than 10mbps. Why is it like that???

Also, with the new pricing now, i have to pay more rather than paying the RM99 package??

Hello. I have a question.
I'm currently using 100mpbs (RM129 old plan) free upgrade to 500mbps (Penang island).
I have another unit where I'd like to register an account as well.
Can anyone advise if i can move my current account (no more contract) to another apartment (checked, have Time coverage), while my current unit sign up to a new plan.
Can someone who is a Time dealer in Penang assist me?
