Hi Bro,

For order submission to actual Installation day estimated 7 to 10 days.

Actual on-site Installation would depend on the unit complexity. Normally for commercial area it takes slightly longer time, around 2--5 hours, assuming work permit is obtained before hand.

Thanks for your intrest in time fibre , from complete registration to installation , lead time is from 7 - 14 workings days. Anyway we may arrange special arrangement with Service installer under ceryain circumstances.

Hi, I'm currently subscribing to Time Fibre 300 Mbps package
However I'll be shifting to a new place at St Mary, Kuala Lumpur shortly and would like to transfer the line to that unit. However when I checked it seems all the buildings in the area have Time Fibre but this building doesn't.

The property agent mentioned that Time is currently upgrading the infrastructure in the building and should be offering Time Fibre soon. Can any of the Time distributors confirm this? I don't really want to cancel my Time Fibre plan and sign up for Unifi

Hi,

Do login to your Router via 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 ..

Select PPPOE under WAN configuration, and put in your given TIME Username & Password (in the form of xxxx@timebb).
