Anyone here signed up for Time AutoDebit via BigPay or other credit card? I'm having a weird issue where a RM1 charge shows up a few days after subscribing for auto debit, but Time CS says they don't see it nor it's triggered from their end. At the same time, BigPay says this isn't possible because transactions have to be triggered from the merchants.

Note: when signing up for auto debit, theres an RM1 charge which is immediately reversed to validate the card (need to enter OTP). The charge that isn't reversed is triggered 3 or 4 days later between 1am to 3am.

I'm using Mi Wifi (not sure version 2 or 3) from late 2015.. Used until now without issues.. Cost me rm200 back then only..

Yes, will be added.. If you log into selfcare, there's a notice that this month's bill will be delayed due to system changes to support SST.

FusionXY Thanks for the heads up.. My latest bill is not out yet, but my current balance shows -28.67..

Looking back at bro jjj's post back when GST was 0 rated, we saw a negative balance in our bill at that time, because we paid tax for the full month, but they refunded the amount that was supposed to be 0 rated.

Using that same logic, this month we should see a positive balance, because we need to be charged 6% for the days between 1-Sep to the billing date. But the fact that we are seeing a negative value again, could it mean that our packages will be discounted (and backdated)?

Just pay the total outstanding of 192.15.

Your normal monthly payment should be 179 + 6%, which comes to 189.75. The difference of 2.40 is the tax to be paid for prorated charge between 1 Sep to your billing date, which was paid last month without SST.

I only get requested to upgrade my voice plan..
