I thought we've identified that this is a routing issue from TIME and it would be a quick fix. Why do we need statistics and other stuff? I really don't know how are you expecting me to get any of these requested stuff when I only use TIME.

We're not even asking for much. We just want the routing for the game we play to be restored to how it was about 2 weeks ago.

Connections for gaming hasn't been fixed. 4 emails sent over the course of 2 weeks have not been attended or replied to. Excellent customer service by TIME. I'll never recommend this ISP to anyone.

how do you expect me to get a tracert from another ISP? i happen to ask random people in the game who aren't using TIME if their ping has changed and they said no. Its just affecting every player who is on TIME.

Also from the previous posts by other users, I thought we already ascertained that the issue is a routing change. Why does TIME need to burden its users by asking for tracerts from other ISP's??? I"ll try to get them but I fail to see how this will resolve anything.

Hey guys, Is it normal for the wiring contractors to use glue instead of proper trunking when putting up the cables outside of the unit.

I installed Time more than a year ago, but now some of the glue is wearing off and some sections of the cable is left hanging.

For Installation prior from your doorstep , the cabling method normally should be support by pvc pipe.

Anyway installation inside your  house after your doorstep , the normal practise using glue to fix it on the wall.

I assume this was for September AND October? My current charges is now RM569.93 (for 500MBPS that I usually pay about RM263 after GST previously). Now its RM284.9 after SST. Like wtf TIME?
