I'm in PJ. Rather surprised at it, as even in the worst times it's never been this slow before (from memory, which isn't 100%).

Who is this technical team to which you speak? Because it doesn't seem like the same team I spoke to on the phone. They just wanted to reset my network and call back in two hours if it is still a problem. Same line as every time I've ever had a problem. Is there a secret number to call to speak to technicians instead of level 1 script-readers?

Not really bashing the system. I know that almost all folks that call support have no idea what they're talking about and couldn't troubleshoot out of a paper bag, but for the tiny percentage of us that have training as network engineers (albeit 15+ years out of industry in my case), it's terribly frustrating.

Well, my upload speed is fixed (278 or so). Download is now about 8mbps, which is admittedly better than 2.5.
