the end service that you are receiving is a mix of factors involved. (can be cable quality, can be the port that they terminate at their board, etc etc)
sometimes, LUCK plays an important role in what you going to get in the end.

Not true. I am on RM149 for 100Mbps. Will jump ship soon if no response by Time. I am part of a building committee. When I move, everyone in the building will move.

You are right. Router is not an issues. That is my point. 🙂 Direct download i can get 100mbps. Only when torrenting not getting full speed. Numbers of seeders is thousands. And I have tried multiple torrents. Still hover around 50-60mbps.

Slow on the night of 12/9, slow again on the night of 13/9.  Reported, customer service line says no issues with network.  Getting only 40+Mbps download on a 100Mbps line, upload is fine at around 90+Mbps, speedtest to Time's own servers.  Bangsar area.

Either Time is lying when they say there are no network issues, or I'm lying.  You be the judge based on reports from other forumers in this thread lately

I have both Time and Maxis fibre.  I can consistently max out my 10Mbps Maxis line downloading from my server in Europe; on Time, I get <40Mbps.  Coupled with the fact that Time still hasn't got the guts to announce their "new" packages, I highly recommend Maxis over Time if you have a choice.
