yes.. many shops at there are hitting mosquitoes especially those vanity hall, asian avenue & even g floor tenants.. needless to say for upper floor tenants bangwall.gif

underground mrt is better than above ground LRT

located between jiulai and KL is a good transit point

located adjacent to Velocity and MyTown plus a station away from TRX (future MRT1/MRT2 interchange) is great

product design and quality under SDB should be good

I don't think price will be cheap

Will SDB make a direct entrance to the underground MRT station? Or has to depend on/connect to adjacent projects like Velo to enter the MRT station?
