Have they fixed the undersea cable snap? Surprisingly since morning I had been getting about 33 to 35Mb on speedtest for a 30Mb subscription

Have you tried with a different router? Borrowed from neighbor or something? That would conclude if its your router or something on TM end?

There is no definite answer to that, like most electronics...some last longer due to environment, current spike, heat, etc

Prior to complain, I would say, test using LAN and see if you get the desired results.

Then use the unifi speed test the results as well.

As for wifi speed test, there is afew uncertainty to it and would require further testing to narrow it down.

BTW, did you test using different server within your vicinity as well...does it result in similar lower speed?
