This is the speed im getting on LAN

I'm actually renting it (as the main tenant), and been staying there for 3 years. Unfortunately, i don't think i have proof that i'm renting there, as it was only verbal contract between me and landlord. and i doubt she ever wanna accompany me to handle such things at TM center.

but the thing is, could i apply for a new account even when the current account is active? (only 1 port in the house)

Totally agree with you. Now i semester break gonna go back to study soon and that place that i live have streamyx only 2mbps shared by 7 people including me and 3 of them always stream and dl all day like they have 1gbps internet. It is a very terrible experience and that is why when i back hometown i damn happy with my unifi 30mbps haha. btw, u stay landed or high rise?
