SeasonPass: Buy Voice/SMS/Data in bulk and share to other XOX.
1. Each sharing packet command is charged 50sen to sharer.
2. To use shared data, the account must first buy a data subscription.








The Season Pass that you choose to buy will follow the validity of your card, which is 28 months if yours is a new card or you've just MNP-ed over. Note though, for example, if you top up RM100 to buy a Season Pass the validity will be stacked so it'll become 28 months + 100 days > even longer validity!

If yours is a Data Season Pass, all you've to do is to subscribe to one of these Mobile Data plans and the data amount will be drawn from your Season Pass. There will not be any deduction from your credit balance.

the season pass voice package (ie 1400 minute rm139.90) is to all telco & fixed line excluded 1800 & 1300
for short calls, it would be cheaper to use DA instead of seasonpass minutes as DA uses 30-second block but seasonpass 1minute block.

Add Sub-Line Account
1. Key in sub-line XOX mobile number.
2. You will receive an activation code via SMS to your sub-line XOX mobile number.
3. Upon receiving your activation code via SMS, key in the code to verify and add your sub-line account.
4. You may now manage your sub-line account.

Q : what is sub-line account ?

sub line is like supplementary line...can manage from your primary line, the primary line can monitor the bills/ usage, can topup/ buy data etc...easier for parent to manage/monitor their children

btw xox prepaid will merge with onexox prepaid and only onexox prepaid in the market

very troublesome. Need to sms to certain number to take out the data quota just can use. Dont know what's the point of doing this.

1. Officially, it's now 8GB for RM109.90 - Season Pass
2. That's about RM 13.73 per GB data
3. Which a xox user may activate the required amount for 30 days usage (500MB/1GB/3GB/etc)
4. The whole purpose of Season Pass is bulk data purchase = lower cost per GB data
5. Actually, there are a few dealers who offers pure xox data at a much lower cost

Official xox season pass requires reloading your account to gain extra validity before purchasing season pass.
External xox data from dealers are cheaper but does not come with extra validity.

1. Any onexox dealer can clarify what will happen to Season Pass if and when xox prepaid is merged into onexox?

just pay RM10 for the Sim card
don't use the phone after clearing your bill so no addtional cost will be counted if not it will fail

Mine is a postpaid has a commitment fees of RM8.00/month and with a deposit of RM25.00

This XOX not like other telco provide free from micro SIM card to Nano SIM. (unless you lost your SIM card)

However good news is, XOX now implement 3-in-1 SIM card (mini, micro & nano SIM) type, so you can easily switch your SIM card from nano SIM to micro SIM anytime (in case your phone faulty)

But this 3-in-1 SIM card currently available in XOX HQ there, not sure about the dealer have 3-in-1 SIM or not.. (depend their blank SIM stock)
If dealer have, you can walk in to the dealer and change the SIM card.

Currently what I know, not much dealer have get 3-in-1 SIM card from HQ. So they will sell finish off those 2-in-1 (mini & micro SIM) type first, and get order again all new 3-in-1 SIM.

I'd MNPed to XOX, in order to enjoy 28 month validity.
I already make 1 outgoing call using XOX.

If the date still not change after 14 days, you may make a call to 12273 for manual update..

Prefer use original XOX SIM card with 3-in-1 because they use laser-cut the SIM card adapter..

Wondering what is DA Balance and MA Balance?

DA means Dedicated Account. As it's name, it is a dedicated account for users to make calls and sms at cheap rates.

MA means Main Account. This account is for user to buy data, make calls and sms at its fixed rate

Everytime you topup, your balance will go to MA & DA according to a rate.



Note: DA balance can be transfered to MA but not vice-versa.

Dunno about passive, but there's no need to topup every month to stay active if you have 28 months of validity. Unless you're saying that AFTER the 28 months of validity expired, then need to topup RM1 = 1 day.
