QUOTE(KennRicky @ Feb 23 2017, 10:46 PM) Just to confirm, so if i buy the ONEXOX Pack with Super Season Pass (RM40), If u MNP into onexox, you will get 28 months validity. All season passes that you buy will go into 3 storages: minutes, sms, and data. These storage would have the same validity as your number. Both validity of number and data will last for 28 months? So long as your number is active, all the stuff in storage would remain active. Minutes and sms in storage would be utilized as you make calls and send sms. Should you not have any minutes and sms in storage, the normal call/SMS rates would apply. However for data, there's a slightly different rule. For example, say you buy a season pass with 10GB of data. At any time you have two choices to use data. Firstly, you can subscribe data promo. Eg, data promo 1.5GB for RM28. If you choose this method, the system would deduct your credit. Secondly, you can also choose to utilize the data inside the storage (from the season passes that you have bought previously). You can opt to use daily, weekly or monthly data. For example if u pick monthly 2GB, the system would deduct 2 GB from your data storage. No credit would be deducted. If you have reached one month, and you only utilized 1.5GB of the quota. The balance, ie 500MB would be forfeited. If you have used more than 2Gb, I'm not sure if you can utilize more data from the storage or not. Perhaps other users can clarify on this matter. To be honest, onexox should hire somebody to make their system easier to understand. It takes me quite a while to read about it in this lowyat forum. Not user friendly at all. An average Joe won't have the patient to deal with this kind of telco, it's too complicated. |

QUOTE(KennRicky @ Feb 23 2017, 10:46 PM) Just to confirm, so if i buy the ONEXOX Pack with Super Season Pass (RM40), number for sure will be extended to 28 monthsBoth validity of number and data will last for 28 months? data will last up to 28 months if not activated example how season pass work: Let's say you buy the Happy Hour Season Pass 3GB RM30. You'll get 3GB credited to your Season Pass "wallet" and have RM30 deducted from your credit balance. You want to use data today, say the 500MB - 30 days - http://www.onexox.my/pelan-internet-mudah-alih.html - Send SMS code 1XD500 to subscribe / via *150# menu - 500MB will be deducted from your 3GB Season Pass "wallet" - Nothing will be deducted from your credit balance - no need to pay (again) - Your data will be available for 30 days, then cut off automatically - Any balance of the 500MB will be forfeited *the 3GB season pass is valid up to 28 months if not activated, if 500MB activated every month, it ccan last up to 6 months *current promo: topup rm30/more will get free 500MB per calender month for 5 years (total 30GB) |

QUOTE(bb100 @ Mar 6 2017, 07:05 AM) Nop. I didn't know where to find XOX so I ported in to Digi. They also have this 365 days validity thingy back then, now I don't know. digi best prepaid still have Super Long Life 365. The catch is the option only available if your credit balance over SLL yearly fee that is RM69. |

If it's Digi Best, Super Long Life (SLL) validity extension is still available, just that the recent years' ones cost RM68 instead of the RM38 for the much older versions. Just need to know the exactly plan and version, then see the cost corresponding to it. QUOTE(pcbase @ Mar 6 2017, 07:24 AM) digi best prepaid still have Super Long Life 365.
