Use Bodyspace app by bodybuilding.com to track...is important like tracking your daily expenses. It motivates you a lot if you lift marginally heavier or set new PR.

Afternoon happy.gif

The reason you stop for 2 months?

If you hated running, WALK instead.

I walked 1 - 2 hours every morning.

Too old to run laugh.gif

Used to 45 minutes, then after a few hours I have pain on my left ankle.

People loves to do various stuff.

And working out is one of em.

For me, it's like a hobby happy.gif

I'm stressed out if I do not work out.

I am not bragging but I have been lifting for > 5 years.

If you love/enjoy doing it, you won't/can't stop.

If you did, then you must be have been doing other things that you love/enjoy doing.

If you're busy to go to the gym, push ups helps too.

Yes I am using the Android version. A good progress tracker. No need pen and paper. Covers almost all exercises.

You whine too much. And if you're seeking validation on the internet, you've got a lot of work to do. You're supposed to look for it within yourself.
