Afternoon
The reason you stop for 2 months? If you hated running, WALK instead. I walked 1 - 2 hours every morning. Too old to run Used to 45 minutes, then after a few hours I have pain on my left ankle. People loves to do various stuff. And working out is one of em. For me, it's like a hobby I'm stressed out if I do not work out. I am not bragging but I have been lifting for > 5 years. If you love/enjoy doing it, you won't/can't stop. If you did, then you must be have been doing other things that you love/enjoy doing. If you're busy to go to the gym, push ups helps too. you have a hard time stepping into the gym huh? I have a hard time not stepping into the gym!! rest days are the hardest and require lodsa discipline.....
