Use 2 or 3 weeks as warm up weeks. But it still depends on whether you still want to achieve your final goal.

Put your goals in a logbook and track your progress. That's how I get motivated nowadays, since tracking my progress gets me happy everyday.

Haha I have tried that, ended up just being a wallpaper at home one.

I'm currently doing Stronglifts 5x5, and fortunately there's an app for my Android device and I keep track what I lift using the app's logbook. Really feel motivated and encouraging since before this, I log everything on a paper at gym and log them in a notebook at home. Now easier and convenient a bit, especially when comparing day-to-day progress and my weight etc.

the app you are saying is it available for app store? maybe I could try that too. I use to have app keep track on my calories and food intake but not what I lift.

Initially I thought it was exclusively for SL 5x5 since SL 5x5 only play with the Big Three.

However, you are free to add more exercises other than OHP/Bench Press/Deadlift. I added my own variation of SL yesterday, by adding a few more exercises using the Ab Roller wheel thingy, and I can do so. So yes, I'd recommend the App as a logbook app for your weekly exercise routine.

The icon is red in colour btw.

Use Bodyspace app by bodybuilding.com to track...is important like tracking your daily expenses. It motivates you a lot if you lift marginally heavier or set new PR.

The app is indeed easy and nice to use, I'm doing SL 5x5 too currently, some says it sucks but I'm just gonna give it a shot for 12 weeks. The nice thing I see about it is it starts from empty bar which is quite nice in my situation, been not training hard for awhile so it is a great routine to train the muscle memory and form while the weight is still light.
