Not sure if it's authentic or fake batteries, everyone on gearbest says it's legit.. Some people on other forums say they have a history of selling fakes.

Agreed. Once you learn to coil/wick yourself, you can also experiment with even more things to suit your personal taste. Type of coil, coil position, coil material, cotton... just for starters.

It's gonna be hard to start from square one though, as you'll fail a lot in the beginning though. After the first initial tries it would be pretty easy moving forward though.

Getting a Coil Jig/Coilmaster does help tremendously as well.

Anyway, had enough of the drain-y, finicky twisted SS build I just put into the 'Cado... as it was too low res for TC to work consistently. Plus it got the 'Cado unreasonably hot in use.

So? Threw it out and moving on to something more conventional now:


SS316L 26awg spaced coils. Not as fragile and springy as I initially thought it would be, very easily wicked (being 3mm), and currently working well on TC too - accurate and consistent so far.

Let's see if it performs well through the week.
