Tried the recipe yesterday evening. This morning woke up give it a vape, the taste was lack of something, not that I'm able to tell it because I don't have great taste bud, but it feels like the body is missing. When inhale and exhale, it taste fair good, after exhale it leaves nothing "flavorful", if that is the word.

Any idea what can be done to enhance it? By the way, I'm using TPA Butter because CAP Golden Butter is out of stock.

Finally got to trying out the Kendo cotton I got from Mavex... and I've got to say, while I have oodles of KGD left to use, the Kendo stuff (at least the Gold I've tried) does end up having noticeably less of that cotton-y taste (after properly primed ler).

Plus it's much easier to work with, being all fluffed up BUT still arranged in-grain... with KGD you have the painstakingly fluff every piece you cut or risk having overpacked cotton (which IMHO makes the cotton taste worse).

Now let's just see if it outperforms KGD in the long haul.

I do have a pack of Eco too given as a freebie, and I've already stuffed a portion of that into my emergency build kit.

In other news, I picked up some new pals for me daily driver Pico and my long suffering last resort mech mod:



VTC for at home drippin (with the Fodi lol) and an Egrip OLED (with CS Base + Aspire BVCs) for stealth MTLing (and general in-car emergency backup). Both were on clearance so yeah. I regret not picking up a other Egrip though, you can never have enough backups (lol).

Now just need to CF wrap both of 'em.



P.S. Apparently the Hurricane Junior is inbound soon. Will be waiting impatiently for the FT clones to arrive so I can replace my old leaky TFGT with this for the mechie.

I'm gonna have to start brewing juices with max 5 or 6% total flavorings...or I'll OD on too-intense flavors. Yeah I did say that I couldn't tahan more than 3 coils...but the Tornado's deck intrigued me enough to get one  Many build possibilities...dual, quad or (if I can tahan vaping it) hexa coils...including 4mm dual verticals. Will be experimenting like mad! Hmm..I wonder how dual oval, teardrop or egg-shaped coils would perform in this.

You probably have dulled tastebuds. Are you a heavy smoker?

It'll take a bit of time for yr body to repair itself after u quit smoking. It varies from person to person. Gradually yr sense of taste will become more sensitive...u probably aren't there yet. I did notice that u cut the AP in yr gambit clone from 4% down to 2% some time ago...so you're on the way to better tastebuds already. I  only use 0.70% AP in my version.

And if you choose to stop using nic, yr tastebuds will have another bout of heightened sensitivity.

cant get my RX200 to work nicely in ni200 temp control mode.
Found out there are many hardware revisions on the RX model and not all have the same prob

The evic VTC i used to have also have problems on ni200. Or maybe im just a noob lol
