QUOTE(Ken @ Jan 4 2007, 08:39 PM) lancer and sentra fall between vios/city and altis/civic. BTW, buy an old civic and mod lar.. looks good 80k for japan car. only vios/city/swift oh. Maybe can hope for nissan tiida next year. |

QUOTE(leowhy @ Jan 3 2007, 04:44 PM) so BooMer86, what does ur friend intend to use this new car for? errr... is personal car at 1st but when got fam is family car lo1) personal highway frequent travelling for business trip? FC & reliability is most important... (vehicle should be larger in saize for a more stable drive) 2) personal city drive to & fro from work? FC & maneuvourbility is important... (smaller car usually has the upper hand) 3) Family car (how many family members)? vehicle size is important all these will actually determine the choice of car type in the 1st place... hehehe he plan to use the car for bout 10 yr like tat b4 change |

imho, ts should state the requirement for the car, there is a no ending list for the price at 80k.
start with the car manufacturer, new/used, cc, compact/sedan/mpv/4w...etc |

ive seen once on motortrader that a dc2 was selling for rm30k, no joke, i was hunting for a dc2, before my dad strongly disagreed buying a 2nd hand car, so settled with the neo lar.
but judging from common sense theres heaps of good cars u could buy with that money, maybe the fiat coupe turbo? thats a mini ferrari capable to do 240k's or u could get a used evo 4, 5 for that price even rare rides, nissan 200sx, nissan silvia s13, s14, nissan skyline r32 mazda mx-5, rx-7 toyota celica, toyota mr-2 |
