==> You'll Never Walk Alone <==

http://www.unbase.com/n/5853623009

When you walk through a storm hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm there's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
For your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone.

Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone.

Tony Barrett has just reaffirmed Paul Joyce's earlier report of our interest in Goetze. Barrett, Pearce and Joyce are the 3 most reliable ones when it comes to Liverpool inside news.

What is the meaning of this though? All 3 journalists are known to have connections within the Anfield hierarchy but how do they know of Goetze's reported intention to reunite with Klopp? It must be someone from within Liverpool telling them this. So now the question is why are we leaking this info? Is Goetze really interested or is this to put pressure on Bayern to accept a lower fee? The fact that we are willing to leak such info this many months before the window tells us that the interest is concrete because there's no way they would risk a backlash if we fail to yet again land our target.

On the flip side of the coin though, in Germany, it is reported by a very reputable Dortmund journalist that Goetze's intention is to make a return to BVB. (from what I've read this journalist is very accurate when it comes to BVB news) So it would be logical to assume our biggest competition will be BVB. Will the lure of CL football triumph or will Klopp's charm be enough to bring him to Anfield?

If Goetze arrives though we will have 4 no.10s with Goetze, Coutinho, Firmino and Lallana. Maybe Klopp intends to play Firmino upfront more often. But playing with 3 no.10s behind the striker will be too narrow. The problem is magnified by the lack of offensive output by our fullbacks. We have also been linked with Piotr Zielinski who is an offensive CM. There seems to be a lack of defensive balance in this setup. Curious to see how things work out next season.

Other transfer news include interest in Jonas Hector and reported bid for Ter Stegen. Ter Stegen has also made known his interest to move this coming summer if not guaranteed more football next season.

If Ayre's parting gift for us is signing Klopp followed by Goetze and Ter Stegen, I forgive him.

Skrtel conceded another penalty when playing for Slovakia last night in a match against Ireland which ended 2-2.

To sum it up, his past 3 games have consisted of 1 sending off and 2 penalties while being dire in all 3.

Liverpool striker Jerome Sinclair has agreed a deal to join Watford this summer, a source close to the player has told ESPN FC.

Watford have held a long-term interest in Sinclair and they had an offer for the 19-year-old rejected during the winter transfer window.

A source told ESPN FC that a deal is all but done with Watford and that the forward is expected to sign a three-year deal at Vicarage Road at the end of the season.

Liverpool will be entitled to compensation from Watford due to Sinclair's age and the matter could go to a tribunal if a fee cannot be agreed between the two clubs.

Mario Gotze to Liverpool talk dismissed by Jurgen Klopp

Speaking to German reporters one week before the Europa League clash with his old club Dortmund, Klopp refused to comment on the rumours, and said that he would rather discuss the signing of Joel Matip, who is set to join Liverpool on a free transfer from BVB's fierce rivals Schalke next season.

"We can talk about Matip or something else, but not Mario," Klopp said, but added that he was delighted for his former star player because of his performance against Italy.

"I am happy that he put in a good performance yesterday. But there is nothing to add from my side. He's a player with extraordinary abilities and wants to return to full fitness after four months on the sidelines."

Still early days for all these so-called transfer news. Most probably a hype to jack up prices.

Sinclair leaving is not unexpected since he's way down on pecking order and he has a snake as agent..... same snake managing Sterling

Liverpool Confirm Head of Fitness and Conditioning is to Leave the Club

QUOTE
Liverpool have confirmed that Dr Ryland Morgans, Head of Fitness and Conditioning at Anfield, is to leave the club after four years with the Reds. He was initially hired by Brendan Rodgers in 2012 and is also currently the Welsh national team's Head of Performance.

In comments to the club's official website, Morgans revealed his gratitude at having had the chance to work at Liverpool at the highest level of the sport.

"This has been an extremely difficult decision to reach," he said. "But I feel now is the right time to move on and pursue a new challenge. I will always be grateful to Brendan Rodgers for giving me the opportunity to work at the highest club level of the game alongside some of the biggest figures in the industry.

"There have been some amazing experiences along the way and to serve a club of this stature is an honour and a privilege I will never forget. However, professionally, it is time to seek a new challenge.

"Finally, I would like to thank the club and Ian Ayre for their support during my time and wish Jürgen Klopp, the staff at Melwood and the supporters all the best for the future and every success for the remainder of the season.

Klopp has only been working with Morgans since October, but was very positive about their brief time together.

"Ryland is a fantastic professional and a really good guy," the German coach said.

"Wherever he works next, they will be extremely fortunate to have someone of his capabilities. We all respect his decision and thank him for the work he has done, not just since [me and my coaching staff] arrived, but before that also."

Great news indeed. Under Wodgers, Liverpool players were plagued with injuries after injuries and fitness crisis.

Players actually spent more time on the treatment bench than playing on the pitch. Time to get rid all of Wodgers' deadwood in the backroom staff.

Buying from the likes of aston villa southampton and sunderland has made liverpool midtable whether you realize it or not...Stoke on the other hand who bought some barca rejects are having one of their best seasons in epl...

Ben chillwell is another big fish in a small pond...Leicester may win the title but they will be found out next season with little squad depth...

It's clear he has lost that bit of acceleration that makes him dangerous. He is barely involved in our build up play unlike Kane which is what a sole striker upfront should be doing - holding up the ball and bringing others into play.

despite of jokes defending by sahko, we should have 3 goals up. Our offense came to play in final 20 mins after being high pressed by spurs earlier on. And can see spurs dropped back a bit, scared of our attacks liao. That will ease a little pressure on our defense.

Both our workhorse hendo n milner are not doing enough..they dont support when the fullback charge forward..just let em run alone n lose the ball..

There is reason why we constantly link with any midfielder

Workhorses don't win games. Playmakers do.

Someone remind me how much these "next Steven Gerrard" Brits cost the club in salary?

For all i know, the next Gerrard could be an African immigrant playing his trade in French Ligue or Bundesliga right now.

Well just because he can't shoot from there, if its 2 on 1 or 2 on 2, he will never assist. laugh.gif

Both Coutinho and Lallana had a few good chances, but the shoot is not that great after all, Lloris is too good that night.

1 points from the title challenger? Not bad lar, and I'd like Leicester to win the title also, once in a while needed black horse to win it.

btw if u want to talk heat map.
i am 101% sure that u havent seen it yet.
so here is the avg position of every player, see the total inbalance towards the right side...lala, emre and hendo also avg gaying in the center circle is wtf.
and see moreno is the ONLY person on the left side of midfield...
which again LFC attacks down more of the right side...but doesnt excuse the center circle gay fest...

Attached Image

btw, just for fun i took a random LFC match when rafa in charge.
look at tht disicplined avg compact formation.
rafa > klopp (k time to hide tongue.gif )

btw if u want to talk heat map.
i am 101% sure that u havent seen it yet.
so here is the avg position of every player, see the total inbalance towards the right side...lala, emre and hendo also avg gaying in the center circle is wtf.
and see moreno is the ONLY person on the left side of midfield...
which again LFC attacks down more of the right side...but doesnt excuse the center circle gay fest...

Attached Image
btw, just for fun i took a random LFC match when rafa in charge.
look at tht disicplined avg compact formation.
rafa > klopp (k time to hide tongue.gif )

not that one lar. it's like body heat distribution on the pitch throughout the match. I saw that once dunno where liao. What i want to emphasis was majority of spurs attack were on our left

Almost muted discussion about the game with Dortmund ?

Man 😱

Reality, I do agree despite having Klopp on our side we are underdogs against B. Dortmund. Hoping a sneaky draw there and a away goal perhaps?? That's my hope.

Let us believe

Against BvB, a tight defence is paramount given the attacking flair of BvB. Can't see a win for us. A scored draw will feel like a win.

I heard he is doubtful for that clash but only more certain for the return leg.

I digress. A look at Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona (link below). All goals scored by ex Liverpool players. All clinical finishes. We need more players like that. (Not saying we get them back but the amount of times some of our current strikers fluffing chances the past years sad.gif

After Mickey Owen left us, there was a long and painful search for a reliable 20 goals a season striker for years but then WHAM! Liverpool were been blessed with two deadliest strikers in the last decade.

It's a shame that Liverpool couldn't capitalize on these God Given assets on both occasions, came so close on winning the title twice and fell at the last lap.

Now I foresee we will have to endure another painful wait at least for 1-2 seasons before we unearth our next 20 goals a season striker.

Can Klopp find another Lewandowski, only time will tell.

if all three of henderson milner and lallana happen to start on friday,i think we can expect a 2-0 loss at least...

With firmino, chances of losing is probably less....
Most likely 2-1 to dortmund.

Sadly that's true. A lot of fans however said we still have that one in 'Sturridge'. < I think sturridge isn't that one striker we can count on. He's no Suarez, and even at his best, not even level with Torres.

At the moment I don't want to speak of the 2 past misses at this stage of LFC vs bVB. We'll go there (discussion) sometime later.

A video clip (link below) that preludes our visit to B Dortmund. Damn one is a team that has a legacy of many years of Klopp managerial tenure there and a bunch of rookie (consider less than a season under Klopp)

We need 'slice of luck' when we play them.

https://www.facebook.com/LiverbirdOnMyCrest...62467664051304/

Back in 2005, on our route to the final, at times we were rubbish & inconsistent too, but fortunately something clicked.

Perhaps we need that again. And now against the favorites amongst the teams left.

*Again, don't mistake that those who voice out about our weaknesses is hating our LFC team.

Sturridge is a potential top striker if we can fix his injuries. I see him as a player who needs a equivalent or stronger strike partner and I can see him doing that with Origi or Ings - giving him some space from the strikers.

Torres in his prime with LFC is another level, not as beastly as Suarez, but his combination with Gerrard was out of this world. Plus, we had really strong midfield and wingers that time too - Alonso, Kuyt, Marscherano, Babel, Sisoko, and somehow the 1 season wonder Riera.

Something is messing with his head, honestly there was a part of me that had thought ls he (struriddge) will somehow jump out of treatment table to get games before euro selections. Somehow. But many will defend saying it part of his scheduled process of recovery and by no means to coincide for England selections.

We know that sometimes his insistence of an injury when the scans showed nothing. And to a point, where even klopp was baffled, and to even say, there are some pain, and there are (minor) pains you can play off (or something like that).

Sturriddge, oh man..sometimes I don't know what going on in his head. He goes to training grounds for training in his Roll Royce, he definitely won't get injured driving those low supercars. He doesn't track back and apply some.of klopps intensity game.

Injuries? Perhaps it more in his mind?? Food for thought?!

1 thing for sure is that we do not know what is happening on the treatment room. Klopp and his staff team is the person who will evaluate if he is worth to stay if this continues.

I'd rather not speculate wanting to play more for England than LFC.

Huge task and pressure on or LB. I believe Moreno will play and unless Mikh has an off day, Moreno will need to be on his absolute best....

Clyne vs Reus will also show how good or bad our Mr Consistent is.

Our midfielders will have to play like there's no tmr against the tourney fav. Lucas could be key and Hendo could be our downfall.... His ankle is hurting us all.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

A scored draw, please!!!!

Spur field team B against Dortmund, their mind is focus on BPL.

we already could see the trend under klopp, when we face against the strong team that want to play football with us, we could match them toe to toe. Is only facing more physical team or team that park the bus cause us the problem.

Our current form just booted out MancsU easily.

Our cup form is very good. Our problem is consistency in PL

So?

origi got no lalang...cos the unfortunate fact is that in the immortal words of BR - he still only has 'potential'...as hes only scored 2 goals so far in the league...
while for some reason benteke has scored 7 goals in the league yet gets benched... tongue.gif

I actually feel bad for benitez now...Regardless of poor he has been in recent years,he shouldn't have stooped to the level of newcastle...
He is gonna struggle to get a top club after this.

Irregardless, what he has achieved as a manager is still beyond the dreams of many.

Bad result for Magpies today, but I wouldn't write them off just yet.

It's a gamble

Newcastle should not be in such a rut given the semi obscure misfits players they have.

A decent bedding of maybe 1-2months should turnabout the players believe n realize the tactical implement that Rafa has drawn up for them. Maybe it's little too late n too few games left when he parachuted in.

Damaged resume? He's is ballsy that's for sure. He ain't gonna hide behind some fake powers point or sets himself only for top clubs.

In the meantime, it's also good learning curve for Rafa to be involved or see the situation of the pressure cooking of survival in the English game. He won't be aloof about hasn't been there

He has been making poor decisions in terms of choosing clubs...He was doomed to fail as soon as he took the madrid job especially with donaldo there..
now he takes newcastle...mind boggling

His reputation as a poor man manager precedes him.As it is no top club chairman wants to go near him...My best bet would be for him to go somewhere like PSG.He would be given the resources and the player power isn't as bad as in spain or england.Otherwise i don't think rafa will ever recover.

after the sackings at inter milan and real madrid, cash and a top job is probably the last thing on his mind now

he already has the reputation of a lousy manager. between klopp and benitez earlier this year, im fkin glad we got klopp. been a fan of benitez since his valencia days but im not so sure anymore since his last season with us

he's probably prepared to stick with newcastle even if they do go down. it's time to stick to basics and build his reputation again. newcastle have a really good base and they will easily bounce back up to epl the following season

I am pretty sure he will be sacked at newcastle sooner or later.if you think hicks and gilette were bad, mike ashley is even worse...He sells their top players and doesnt reinvest the money.Their fans are dumb as they support blindly....At least lfc got rid of h&g.

If i were benitez i would quit at the end of the season and look for a proper club that has resources.

rafa was not bad at chelsea (he might continue to be their manager if not for their fans huge dislike for him), help them to finish top4 and win the europa league. he still a good manager but his recent decision in choosing rm and newscastle is really stupid, ballsy but stupid. i guess all his past cv really went to the mud now. no big club will ever go for him and he need to rebuild with at least mildly reputable club.

You are absolutely wrong. He is as despised as you can get by the Newcastle fans and has been for years. Unfortunately there's nothing they can do. There was a time when Mike Ashley wanted to sell the club but no offers were willing to meet his high asking price.

Call it sack or whatever, there is a mutual understanding if Newcastle goes down relegated, Mr benetiz will not tag along, that's the agreement that was reported.

Most clubs does not like to hire such managers is because the reputation he has, he challenges the management. It Newcastle case, mike ashley is desperately looking for Newcastle to stay up.

Before Rafa took rein, many cautioned and are bewildered at Rafa wanting to take the post, everyone feel its already too late to rescue as no club has ever got out from safety when the spent almost the entire season bottom 2 and at this late of a stage. Perhaps if newcastle were another 1-2 higher, they would and could do a rednapp Houdini escape.

There were some positive despite those straight losses, from the Newcastle fans it seems, some thing they haven't been able to see at all the entire season prior to sacking of McLaren. I made mentioned, it's ballsy for what RB is doing, could have easily sit back n enjoy tea, be a sportscaster sit back n bask of old achievements. (Rafa will always be game for a challenge, and that's what I remember him for)

Anyway, I more into LFC getting past Stoke city. We missed big when we lost 2-3 to Southampton despite glaring opportunities that went abegging. That hurt. The annoyance was evident on klopp face at the final whistle n his post match mood.

Henderson injury is bad, we now have lesser options with him, Lucas counted out for the remaining season games sad.gif

[edit] huuu, just found out Lucas isn't out for the season.

yep.. it was unbelievable that he would took over a club that has just won a Treble with his arch enemy, That's just crazy. Good thing how/where they are right now.

couldn't even think what could have motivated him to be a caretaker at chelsea.. sure he did won Europa. but why? A caretaker .. at another club where Moaningho is God

as for Madrid, that's just couldn't be helped, they were his club right.. was destined to doom from the beginning. but not giving him a full season is just disgraceful.
Even Zidane seems are getting readied to be replaced once they're out of CL.

Rafa should've stayed at Napoli, The owner liked him, the fans were ok. their ambition weren't that crazy, got good players & some money to spend.
could get some time & stability to restore his credibility. but yeah, Madrid were calling.

another bad move, but he had chosen newcastle at where they are, so i hope he'll stay with them. win a promotion b4 getting another job,
preferably as you said club like PSG, the league is almost given, he can just try to work his magic back in CL.

how is Monaco doing now? no more cash?

There were legal disputes with regard to taxes leading to their Russian billionaire owner halting the massive cash injection and selling off star players because they are unsure of what will be the outcome of this dispute. For anyone who do not know, Monaco is considered a sovereign state separate from France. The problem here is Monaco is a tax haven aka 0% personal income tax compared to France's 75% tax on top tier high income earners making Monaco so much more attractive for top tier players looking to earn top top tier money. Last I heard Monaco struck a deal to pay the FFF a lump sum to preserve their privileged tax status but this deal was later declared illegal by the French court.

oooh.. okay.. just that almost never read about them anymore. thought were out of money/ getting suspended like that.
last was when they were selling Falcao

or just owner getting bored as they have very small base of fans. about 20k every match?
hope theyll get back challenging PSG for the title.

Borussia Dortmund make 8 changes for derby with Schalke, seemingly prioritising the Europa League

BVB: Bürki, Bender, Leitner, Hummels, Sahin, Ramos, Pulisic, Kagawa, Sokratis, Ginter, Durm #s04bvb

BPL this season as good as over I think. Just hope for all wins in the remaining matches and let's hope those above us lose some points.

I really hope we beat Dortmund and win it!

Based on Klopp's subs, my guess is Origi will start upfront again with Lallana, Coutinho and Firmino behind him. Allen is also likely to start. Considering both Milner and Sturridge are playing the full 90 minutes here, it's fair to assume they will not be started next match.

Not as much as the ones with 7 days? If 4 days is plenty though what's the point of resting players? Why are Lallana and Coutinho not playing?

Milner is work horse. Doubt he will be rested. He will starting wide with Can in the middle, partnering Allen.

I m expecting

Mig

Clyne - Lov- Sakho- Moreno

Milner - Can - Allen - Coutinho

Lallana

Origi

3 full 90 minutes over the span of 7 days might be pushing it for a 30 year old. But I guess it would also be dependent on whether Firmino will be fit enough to start.

Kevin Stewart was very impressive last night on his debut(?) . Mobile, good football brain & decent passing in the defensive midfield position.

Cpt Henderson can chow in another year because this boy is his successor.

Good job for 2 debutantes, Both are nervous and made a few mistakes here and there, but lucky got teammates to help up.

Stewward was bullied a few time in the first half but getting better towards the interval, that's why Klopp kept him in the game, else Lucas will be coming for him.

Ojo, I like this guy, another project sterling after Ibe kinda failed this season. He got mad skill as i saw what he can do in u21. But he made few mistakes like losing his positions, lost his balls in his own half a few times when under pressure. But the build up of struj goal was the one u guys need to pay attention. He is that good, that's not a fluke. But klopp acknowledge the issue he had and decided to sub Origi in and the rest is history.

The "B" team play was more "fluid" as compared to normally first XI last night, plenty off the ball movement and movement into space.

That was because Stoke's expansive play allowed it. A better team would have exploited our weaker CM cover for our CBs.

Maybe because Klopp is more like a hands-on, track suit type of manager..
Compared to other type which is more like a "corporate", lounge suit type of manager.

Those manager who takes note during the match and then will tell the players what they did wrong only after the match. While Klopp noticed their mistake and he immediately yelled at them to correct the mistake immediately during the game.

With so many camera across the field, I don't think there is a need for note taking.

Better show the replay to player, and tell them what their mistake was during the match.
Take note then tell the player later on, the player might be clueless what they had done wrong, as pace of match so fast, how can one remember every move they made.

Thats because the task of taking notes is assigned to zeljko buvacs.

Klopp's strength is his motivational prowess and not in the tactics department.

Klopp say most of the tactical thinking is come from his assisstant, zeljko buvac, that why he say Buvac is the "Brain".

Meanwhile peter krawietz will do the video analysis for Klopp, so Klopp say peter is the "Eye".

I used to be allen's fiercest critic. Now i am willing to stand up and admit that he is an important player in our team now...His past few performances have been xavi-esque.
His turnaround is nothing short of remarkable and seems like a completely different animal now...

Yeah, i'm sure in a way he must be upset. Still, i wondered if both team A, B, C (or god forbid, D) can play really good and win matches? Its something I really want to see. Not the "naik sekejap lepas tu turun" kind of performance. Too damned volatile, unpredictable, and inconsistent. Really, this gaffer brought a glimpse of what he can do, and I hope he succeeds with Liverpool. I really wanna see this boss raise the cups with Liverpool FC. And for some reason, he actually gives me the positive vibes, unlike the previous buffoon who kept insisting 'character' during presses.

2) Ayre is on his way out soon.

So what are your thoughts about Jordan Ibe who seems to be very very upset that he's been dropped, and hasn't featured much in klopp's as far.

Apparently Jordan Ibe has removed Liverpoolfc from his all social media accounts (Twitter & his Instagram amongst)
Maybe it might not be much but it's seems something brewing ill

Ibe worked as a foil for Sterling, that's the impression I had when they were still in the U-21s and the youth (thanks to old subscription in the LFC.TV)

But really, I don't know if he's playing 'okay' or 'not okay', but he and Sterling was a tag, so... perhaps he's feeling the frustration of not being able to connect to other teammates in the field to set up good plays?

Lol seems like you are the confused one. I know what you were referring to when you said 4 days of rest. Hence my reply that 7 days is even more which might explain why some key players didn't or barely took part against Stoke.

Maybe you should scroll back and reread that I did mention Lallana and Coutinho's non inclusion as a possible factor along with both Milner and Sturridge playing full 90 minutes in the 2nd leg's lineup.

QUOTE
You: why not? next match is 4 days away... plenty of rest.

Me: Not as much as the ones with 7 days? If 4 days is plenty though what's the point of resting players? Why are Lallana and Coutinho not playing?

You: what 7 days? both just played a little over 2 days ago.

Me: So the interval between our last match and next match is 7 days no?

When I said 7 days I meant the resting period (Thursday to Thursday) for those excluded against Stoke is more than the likes of Milner which might factor into Klopp's upcoming lineup.

I'm not saying 4 days is not enough of a rest. But think for moment if Klopp thinks 4 days is more than enough rest then why did he rest so many key players? The fact that he did means the ones who are rested are more likely to start ahead of the ones who weren't. I'm not trying to justify for their exclusion, I'm only predicting who Klopp might start based on his selection and substitutions against Stoke.

I don't think Sturridge has had a full 90 minutes under Klopp. Why now ahead of such an important match? Likely a sign that he doesn't intend to start him. Milner though is a workhorse that's difficult to predict.

why klopp rested so many key players? cos again...from the end of the 1st leg dortmund match to the start of the stoke match is only 68hrs.
only milner can carry on running with that amt of rest.

again, in simple plain english.

Not sure what is he plotting, but his latest stunt points pretty much shows that he wants to dissociate himself away from the club, so I can understand the negativity surrounding the issue.

Maybe he is getting some tips from Pound Sterling?

Successful club always have great depth in their squad with quality.
If Allen willing to fight for it, & not talking trash about the manager when on bench,
he certainly deserved a new contract

Most of our players have improved under Klopp, few remains as they were.
But Ibe seemed to has regressed.

If he cant take adv of being under Kloppo, when others U21 have,
well.. GoodBye then.

Even if the player is going to leave in the coming transfer window, there is needless to distant away oneself from the club.

The midfielder is jammed packed with many players, no one can have automatic prefer starting XI all the time or even on the bench, if the player is not showing some good performance.

HE’S now completely at home in a Green Jacket, but US Masters champion Danny Willett is just as comfortable in a red and white scarf.

Because the dramatic winner of one of golf’s greatest prizes is a confirmed Liverpool supporter.

The 28-year-old Yorkshireman was congratulated on his achievement today by the Reds official Twitter account.

Congratulations to #LFC fan @Danny_Willett on winning @TheMasters last night! pic.twitter.com/p1r1nPILQ9

These are the players that I can see improved quite a lot.

Lovren, Origi, and Allen.

Anyway the summer transfer is coming soon, let's just see who will leave by then.

Btw, when will Ings fit to play again? I want to see him play so badly.

Struj is a proven(if not injuries) and should deserve to start unless....

Ings and Origi got equal chance to prove that they can play alongside struj or one another. Neither one still at Struj level but can give them chance which Origi has been doing. Ings is another workhorse and trace back to defense type, his first touch is very good. but dribbling skill Origi is better then Ings.

Crunch match for both BvB and us.... For both teams to rest so many big players showed that both are taking the game very seriously.

We need at least 1 early goal to put pressure on BvB. Again, the back 4 will be key. Clyne had Reus in his pocket the last time round and for this Reus will wanna prove what he can do. So do Miki....

As for us, I prefer Origi starting. With his pace, strength and confidence he'll be a handful. Midfield could be our weakest link. Hendo's out.... Hope Klopp plays Allen instead of Lucas. Couth, Firmino, Mili shd start....

These are the players that I can see improved quite a lot.

Lovren, Origi, and Allen.

Anyway the summer transfer is coming soon, let's just see who will leave by then.

Btw, when will Ings fit to play again? I want to see him play so badly.

Crunch match we have for Thursday, although logic dictates that we will be able to see this thru. Liverpool being liverpool are bound to cock up a thing two.

He must be really sad that Klopp does not rate him that much. He is still young and has alot to learn from, if he's wise, he should stay/train and wait for his chance.

He was pushed to jump on Sterling Hype train. Everyone including him expected him to take over sterling's place and become one or better than him. He was given chances but we can see from the result he is not at that level yet.

Ibe is all speed and nothing else. Very low footballing intelligence. He's no Sterling. Best is for him to stay and develope but I do think he'll fancy his chance else where.

Watford or some mid table teams will be a good place for him to start.

but he do have potential, just that now he is way too young and needed more exposure..not sure if he wanted to leave to get more football or kloop doesnt rate him as much..but to expect him to fill sterling gap is way too much at the moment

Maybe he tried too hard to become Sterling or fill his shoes... His pace and power is awesome but end product is near zero.

Ojo's debut was different. 45 min and he made a fantastic goal; surely Klopp will be impressed.

Next season, competition for playing time will be even more worse....

Err not from several here. Along the lines good riddance to sterling, we have Jordan Ibe.

The thing is Klopp n like many seasoned managers knows the perils of promoting young players too fast. He believes in hard work. Too many fans thinks Brendan Rodgers was spot on in ushering the line of youth upwards and to the frontline.

Too soon. While there are exceptions, not everyone is a maradona or messi.

They all may have promising talents, but they are not hardened and developed as a seasoned player. I know many LFC might not agree with me.

Jordan Ibe should realize that, and unless he been flat out told he does NOT figure AT ALL in future LFC plans

BTW congrats to Philippe Coutinho to be nominated as one in the six nominees of Young player of the year. (All Manu fans are angry and venting out on Twitter) a lot of noise 😂

i agree with you.

Many fans nowadays eexpect instant results too fast too soon. Not going to happen in football even if you spend millions.

Just a recent thing with Origi. Many wrote him off before he even played for Liverpool being the worst striker in Lique 1.
Now they are the same ones drooling at a STILL a PROSPECT developing.

Personally think both Kante and Payet did a very very very good job. But look into the contribution, for sure either Vardy or Kane will take the award home.

YNWA~

Just wondering, if Man Utd were to win the FA Cup and placed 5th in BPL. Does that mean the 1st Runner for FA Cup get Europa League Qualification?

So meaning 6th in BPL won't have a spot in Europa League Qualification?

YNWA~

Just wondering, if Man Utd were to win the FA Cup and placed 5th in BPL. Does that mean the 1st Runner for FA Cup get Europa League Qualification?

So meaning 6th in BPL won't have a spot in Europa League Qualification?
*
No. Runners-up do not get the spot anymore. Be it League Cup of FA Cup. It will go to the highest non-qualified team in the league. More info here:

Whoa I just only realized that Coutinho's salary is less than Firmino's.

But anyway, paling wasted money is definitely Enrique and Benteke.

Benteke can score wonder goal, against MU somemore, that's why.

Its the same like when Sir Alex said that Charlie Adam set pieces worth £10m.
