Moyes' Everton has actually finished in top 4 once and even when they didn't they were always contenders for it, often finishing just outside in 5th or 6th. Martinez also had far more money to spend. Much like his time at Wigan, he can't organize a defence to save his life.

BVB being a public listed company is legally obliged to disclose such information to shareholders. So yeah 15m Euro figure should be accurate, there might be addons though.

This is more like it. Seem to be the trend these days. A rather reasonable fee upfront plus lots of addons for these potential superstar youngsters. If they flop the investment isn't that big anyway but if they fulfill their potential the addons will be well worth it.
