I think they will. As in this case there are only two scenario which both are Lazada/TA-Q-BIN responsibility :

a) Lazada/TA-Q-BIN scammed the customer by sending that package
b) Lazada/TA-Q-BIN staff leaked out the information of the customer to someone else (very very wrong) and the person planned the fraud.

True. But Lazada can base on her previous order (some COD, some paid when ordering), all done without any problem.

And also, why would someone waste their time making a false police report and everything. She got proof of the call log etc.

But again, this is possible as there is no solid proof.

iinm both lazada and zalora they delivery guy (if u pick COD) they wont allow u to open the package before u pay 

coz i purchase with both platform, when cod i ask to open the package before i pay, they say no
