The 6 Plus should be lagging by now. The 1GB RAM will be struggling smile.gif

Surprisingly it is still quite smooth. for web surfing etc. Only gaming sometimes it just exit without suddenly.

Using it as secondary phone now but so far so good. Impressed by this 5 years old phone.

Yeah, the Samsung flagship that's the same age with it is the S5. Don’t see many of those around laugh.gif

Yes. Correct. Very impressive .

Compare to iphone 4/4s that after 5 years vs 6 /6 plus after 5 years, iphone 4/4s is very laggy, while 6/6 plus is still quite smooth and acceptable for normal usage.

If compare relatively, maybe my iphone X will still feel very fast even after 5 years given its spec.

I think this is probably the reason why iPhones sales drop? becos all the current iphone models are seriously over-powered for current needs which makes it many many future proof than before.

Ya, I think five years for iPhone X no issues, considering iPhone 6 Plus is running on 1GB RAM laugh.gif

As a second phone probably yes, but depends on what you usually do with your second phone and how you use it.

iOS 12 will prolly take up 11-12GB. you will be left with 3+Gb for Apps and everything else.

Then yes, definitely worth changing the battery. The phone will go another two or three years easily.

As previous poster mentioned, depends on your usage. My SE with a few apps and Tidal taking up 2.6GB states 9.6 out of 16 gb used. System takes around 5.5 gb.
If your location in Kuching drop me a PM, might be switching soon. #shamelessplug
