i'm confused between choosing 32gb or 64gb for import set for my relative. Theyre both same priced but somehow i lean towards 32gb more since theyre made to replace previous storages and it makes me believe that theyre newer. Only t&L offer the 32gb import set now, anyone know what model they carry? US variant a1662?

t&l telecom is well reputable for their import sets, they provide good customer service, the only downside is that they have no physical shop in MY as theyre based in HK. Need to contact their representative here if want to claim warranty then they will send back to HK for repair.

However warranty part is the point to consider before purchasing. Need to send back to Hong Kong for warranty claim?

Yes but knowing their reputation as a trusted company at least you know that youre dealing with reliable seller. They have a good customer service.
I think they're the best alternative for import set if you wish to avoid buying an US model. Currently I could not find any other seller that offers a1723 model 32 gb import set. Most of the 16-64 gb that you see selling cheaper are most probably a1662 US set, very likely old stock that theyre trying to get rid of since are replaced with 32-128 gb.

first time from android lol

lets say I always have stored only up to 13GB to my android phone..no more than that (I transferred all photos/videos to PC every 6 month), is 16GB iphone SE is sufficient for me? I read that out of that, only 11GB is available

Not enough. Out of the box there is only around 11gb left. Mine with around 100 photos, apps consume around 5 to 7gb. Left 6gb. Get the 32gb one which is more reasonable

Android and IOS totally different bro in which they keep files etc. Although you may consume ony 13GB of data on an android, it may be either more or less in the other platform. Having said that, the difference between the 16GB and the 32GB in an iphone do differ models to models. Obviously the more memory space available the better the phone will run. IIRC, cachhe size also differ and its bigger which means the fetching of files is less thus minimizing delays during operations, ie it runs faster smoother.

If yu have the funds, then the higher capacity is more better. At least it would fetch more dollars as and when you do need to dispose it on the future.

before this I'd say 16gb is enough. but after latest update, 16gb is no longer relevant.

true. i rarely install games so i think it's gonna be OK.

*dont make me regret my decision. RM900 for a 16GB SE with 3 months warranty left is a good deal right?? sweat.gif
