is all up in their website now. start from 2700sqft to 7000sqft.. really bungalows in the skies

layouts looks weird.
4 bedrooms in 5000+sf layout?
and it looks so segmented.
master bedrooms needs to pas through maze of corridors to reach living area/kitchen.
and there's so much passageway and doors within a unit. sigh!

i have the chance to walk inside the show unit... very nice until forget to take the photo... the masteroom toilet is bigger than most of the condo room...

definitely super nice unit we cannot afford

Disappointed to note that the kitchen cabinets are from local BOFI (even though designed by Piet Boon). It's still nice regardless, but still at this price point I expected Italian kitchen cabinets lol

Developer pulled back sales and marketing from Zerin Properties. Now they sell themselves.

Tower A (new tower) smallest type 2700sf gone very quickly. The showunit type A1 5200sf only bumi lot left. Most buyers are bungalow owners in Damansara Heights / Bangsar / Kenny Hills looking to downsize as children leave the nest.

Tower B (refurbished units of SPB Tower) doing ok given current market condition. Two layouts to choose about 1800sf one with maids room one without maids room.

I would rather invest into East Residence given the price point and within the vicinity. Owning a space in the sky (limited demand for rental or subsale), compared to owing a landed within the TPC/KLGCC golf course (despite being a leasehold like Tropicana), the choice is clear for any investor or buyer buying for own stay.
