layouts looks weird.
4 bedrooms in 5000+sf layout? and it looks so segmented. master bedrooms needs to pas through maze of corridors to reach living area/kitchen. and there's so much passageway and doors within a unit. sigh! |

Disappointed to note that the kitchen cabinets are from local BOFI (even though designed by Piet Boon). It's still nice regardless, but still at this price point I expected Italian kitchen cabinets lol

Developer pulled back sales and marketing from Zerin Properties. Now they sell themselves. |

I would rather invest into East Residence given the price point and within the vicinity. Owning a space in the sky (limited demand for rental or subsale), compared to owing a landed within the TPC/KLGCC golf course (despite being a leasehold like Tropicana), the choice is clear for any investor or buyer buying for own stay.
