Wahh....even the registration page says " AIRA Residence is reserbed for those seeking property valued at RM5mil and above".
Don't think the word 'value' is used correctly in this context. Value meaning developer putting its own pricing maa....not the real value. So its not 'valued', its 'priced'. |
