i got 1 set of old comp, i think at least have 7 years already... the case berkarat & the paint also peel off already... so decided to mod it! make it look newer & nicer...

my casemod plan
- make a side panel
- side panel window
- paint in white colour
- double layer case, 2nd layer for psu & hardisk
- blow hole
- built in uv accessories......





this is my cpu case... smaller & thiner, is it?





take out the cover, the cover is n shape de, if want open it have to push it up! thE right, left & up panel all lekat together... sometimes feel very incovenience to take out the cover! it not like the case now all is separate one, got right & left panel.

so i cut it to three part, make it to right & left panel...




just finish cut the right side only. wah, this case more thicker la, hard to cut it & need more times....



so seperate to 3 part already! until here 1st....

i order some accessories already but haven arrive yet, so have to stop it first lo... got extra time ma so start to do this first...

cut it with the angle grinder...













gosok with the angle grinder again, make it more straight & smooth...

is it? not so lo, just feel more convenience only if use angle grinder, so always use lo..... i just bought a jig saw from tesco, wan to try later!

drill some hole to tighten the arcylic & side panel with screw...








sand the surface with sand paper...






paint in white colour........left & right panel...







pasang the arcylic with screw & nut... that r normal screw only, i bought from hard ware accessories shop... see the diferent before & after!

yup, all white...

yeah, add 1 small case for psu & hardisk...

side already got blow hole, cos i take the arcylic from another case ma, already got 2 side blw hole. the small case also will make 2 blow hole in front, but just 80mm only... cos that just a small case, the heigh is 10cm like that, not enough space to cut 120mm blow hole...




ermmm.... $$$ expensive la. normal white 1 bottle is rm5, if the pearl white at least wan rm1+ leh! if paint whole case need few bottle le

i also like pearl white colour very much la, i also think it before, just cos $$$ nia... very tak tahan la after saw u 2 msg here, scare i will suddently go to buy this colour paint...

that is not pearl white, just normal white colour only...





cos the arcylic i take fromhere, so have to match the arcylic size, no choice lo....

if i cut bigger then will see the cd-rom there, block vision also! the window size is 32cmx25cm, quite big also....

yaa, i cut the blow hole too at here i take the arcylic from there actually...





i also wish to have a wide window, but have to follow the size of the arcylic that is 80mm both......

kekekekeeee..... actually it cant straight cut a circle out, it just help to cut a hole there only.... after it have to use another tools to gosok the blow hole again then just can become round....
