With this price range.... How about compared to ecohill 1 & 2, which once better?

Today got makan makan & lucky draw event

i cannot say which one is better, as it is individual preference.
ecohill 1 and echohill2 is further up to exit from Lekas HW which have to pay toll another whereas OnePark is nearest only pay one toll if from Cheras Kajang HW.
One Park is low density with GnG.

look at the materials given confirm onepark better dy lo

We also bough a unit, but not directly facing the lake

Perhaps, if anyone of you has purchased a unit, we can exchange info on the development progress

what is the distance from One Park?

Its just behind Onepark construction area... near the flats.. The entrance to quarry is just less than 1 km from the construction area.

i think sunway semenyih residence much more affected right!

My guess is if onepark is affected by quarry the showunit would have cracks edy

i think the quarry is being the property of to Sunway company

I ask the guy that work at the developer, he said the show house and office has neither crack nor gempa bumi. May be we need latest feedback from people who actually stay there.

i did visit my friend house in Sunway Semenyih Semi D just couple months ago.
looks good conditions! perhaps my friend has touched up already ?
Even surrounding also looks greenery but quite a numbers of units are not occupied.
One thing bad is very near to high tension power lines

good feedback! let see if others can advise too!
on the power line, i am not sure... I have not heard people move away because of power line.

to near not really good for health as is Health hazard
