Anyone booked for phase 2? Thought of booking a unit from the phase 2 and if anyone is staying there already, any comments on the neighborhood and area in general?

anyone bought one park? any comment? they launched phase 2 last year I think, but still have many units there..

Been there yesterday. a lot of daun kering here and there. look like not proper maintain. I dont know because of Sunday no cleaner come and clean it or memang hari2 macam tu =p

Seems like the huge illegal burning that causes huge air pollution around semenyih area is just right behind one park only.

Seems like from the quarry area behind sunway semenyih & one park
smoke looks like some kind of huge burning site to dispose rubbish most likely illegally
