Emenalo has to go. The role of Technical Director have to be abolished.

We need Conte to be the manager, not first-team head coach. Chelsea hired Conte as a first-team head coach. We don't want a coach, we want a manager who has his own says in transfer deals, and not rely on Emenalo the technical director.

tldr, Emenalo and the technical director needs to go. Conte should be a manager, not a first team head coach.

If Emenalo is still here, he will still interfere with Conte's transfer target.
