QUOTE(derthvadar @ Apr 4 2016, 03:03 PM) COSTA can leave if we get good offer for him. For me he keep doing those antic on the field without thinking for the team then that is just plain selfish. He is just unreliable, a red card, a ban will just hurt the team and might end the good work all the player put out for the whole season. Let say we have a chance of winning a trophy but our main striker keep getting silly yellow/red/ban This post has been edited by chitchat: Apr 4 2016, 03:57 PM |

Welcome Antonio Conte!I think he'll do pretty well with us. Italy play some slick stuff, though I'm not sure how much they've evolved under him. Any Italy fans care to enlighten us?

QUOTE Conte’s three years in charge of the team between 2011 and 2014 yielded three straight Serie A title. The Bianconeri also won two Italian Super Cups with him in charge. Andrea Pirlo, Paul Pogba, Carlos Tevez and Arturo Vidal were among his signings during a spell so productive he was named Serie A Coach of the Year in all three seasons there. Under Conte’s management, Italy qualified for this summer’s Euro 2016 finals undefeated in their 10 games. Conte’s coaching has been characterised by tactical flexibility and he achieved the remarkable feat of an unbeaten league season at Juventus, becoming only the third Serie A team to do so. Impressively, that was in his first season in charge (2011/12) and in 2013/14 the ‘Old Lady’ recorded an all-time Serie A record of 102 points. In his three years as manager, Juventus lost only two home league games, contributing greatly to their new stadium being considered such a success. Quite impressive stats he got there. Lets see what he can do with Chelsea. |
