if im not mistaken, stock launcher only can show counter for official common supported app (fb,wasap, etc)
for 3rd party launcher u can set as u like. im using nova prime for instance.

its good for storing large game obb files but adoptable storage cant be accessed thru adb or any file explorer w/o root. and free space counter is a mess biggrin.gif

i end up formatting it back as portable storage.

Totally agree. I don't feel the urge to root at all considering all my previous android are all rooted immediately. I am even using TW as default launcher. biggrin.gif

any criteria for the SP so that can fit phone case? the thickness has to be <0.3mm issit? last time went to samsung ask about tempered glass they said cannot fit casing..

1 Agree tb is great but if u don't change rom it's not so useful.
2 Don't use viper even on all my previous rooted roms
3 There are other options for unrooted device that works just as well
4 Greenify still works on unrooted device just not so automatically.

Hence I am still unrooted. Lol.
