Most likely due to a badly written app - but why would you want that one? Animated wallpapers look kinda gaudy for me though

Remove that and use Swiftkey/Samsung Keyboard...

Apps that have intrusive ads often means a big disapprovement from me

Samsung Internet with Adblock is better though

IMHO an adblocker that is not open source is not a good thing - you'll never know when will the adblocker began to put ads in it...

Also the monetization part is pretty scary to be honest:
