You need to verify your acc if tag enquire. Open your shopback register acc email n see got email from shopback asking to verify account

did you all sent the warranty registration card to the appliance company? there is no authorised dealer stamp since lazada is the dealer. usually i never send if purchase from shop, can always go to that shop.
