i have read it few times and still confused about this 30min cooldown period,
but i think its like this
- only one order per 30min.
- always use shopback to click and open lazada mobile app
- do not open lazada app if you intend to use shopback, if you did just need to wait 30min for it to reset, then open app via shopback page.

maybe it's time to merge all online shopping as "GEMFIVE 11STREET QOO10 ZALORA ENSOGO TAOBAO EBAY LAZADA SHOPEE, ETC..." cos

1. lazada thread is thinning out
2. it's easier to seek answers to buy and from which seller
3. cross-overs from one thread to the other can be confusing...

I suggest to include [LAZADA] at the beginning of the post if one is seeking response for LAZADA queries; likewise, it can be [GEMFIVE], or [11STREET], or [QOO10], or [ZALORA], or [ENSOGO], or [TAOBAO], or [EBAY].

for general queries, use [GENERAL].

gem5 is also bunched with 11STREET QOO10 ZALORA ENSOGO TAOBAO EBAY. luckily gem5's the most active there - easy to find... 

if the others come alive, gem5 posts will be lost too...
