Engaging developer with bad mouth and rude words in social media shall be able to force the developer to rectify the defects according to the IJM standard? As a matter of fact, his action only will make me start to think what's the real motive behind. By right, he should appoint a lawyer, compile all the evidences, hold a press conference, lodge a court case against the developer, which is a more structured and professional way to settle the issues. |
