Been to the PARC this evening (~ 6pm), fresh air and breezy as usual, many visitors.

Notice a row of motorcycles at the parking lots, but didn't realize any Mat Rempit characters though..

I am not sure why it mentions phase 1 in this context, perhaps there is "something extra" that Setia would like to "surprise" us..

I think the main problem is not because Setia contractor didn't do the rectification work. It is due to the rectification work is not done according to what is suggested/proposed by Mr Chong's IJM standard. Some are related to structural issues I suppose.

Apparently, joint inspection actually have been conducted and Mr. Chong is not satisfied with almost everything that has been done by Setia contractor and has started the social media attack. Nonetheless, I am wondering putting random bad comment in social media will really solve the problem? Engaging developer with bad mouth and rude words in social media shall be able to force the developer to rectify the defects according to the IJM standard?

As a matter of fact, his action only will make me start to think what's the real motive behind.

By right, he should appoint a lawyer, compile all the evidences, hold a press conference, lodge a court case against the developer, which is a more structured and professional way to settle the issues.

I think it refers to the main road, because from the model in Welcome center there will be a 2-tier roundabout in the Ecohill 2 township as well.

Township spans for 8km...

Missing link to the north-south Plus should be established. It brings mutual benefits to both townships in Semenyih and Bandar Seri Putra if it can be realized one day.

Looking forward to the EKVE completion as well, saw in the Sungai Long thread construction is already on the way.

Why not consider Setia Alam or Setia Eco Templer, I think they are more suitable for those who working in Damansara area if compare to any Semenyih/Kajang property.

What's next in your collection? Setia Eco Glade?

Yeah, but as "compensation", SEH 2 20 x 65 unit comes with bigger buildup now, and fully extended.

3 links means 3 tolls within 10 km? Hard ler..

The Majestic link toll seems bigger than Semenyih toll.. Should be able to serve the SEH / EM / SEH 2 well till occupancy for this mega township reaching about 70 - 80%.

Actually I believe most residents will use the Semenyih toll instead, through the ecohill link (cheaper rate), until it starts to congested, then maybe ppl will start to use the Majestic new toll,
