same situation almost everywhere. look at Tsun Ren near LokeYew, Kuen Cheng near MV, KDU near K Dsara, Bai Xiao near BU super bad traffic during peak hour.

Both Vista Cheras & Vantage still have showroom & sales gallery at the Site.

Vista Cheras still hv unsold units of 3 storey superlinks. mostly corner lots left now.
Vantage still selling.
