if you are looking for upgrade and for own use. now to 2018 is a good time to pick up. especially from developer. lots of freebies today.

for investment, need to take higher risk now but in return higher gain when situation turnaround. Its a cycle.

i believe the high voltage station stop around the area if not mistaken.

RM1.2m up for superlink intermediate is not easy to sell. end lot, corner lot more expensive.

but again, end or corner lot is way above 1.2M

with the premium price tag, today many choices.
