Not related to YTL but according to CS for utility, will get CB as long as the word TNB is shown. Don't know can be trusted or not though.

the old 14 digits acc number is still valid for at least another 2 months.

Still the old account no. because I still can't see my new account number yet since I have problem with MyTNB. Can UOBPayOnline accept new account no.? Not sure but old account no. is still accepted, for two months as Human Nature mentioned.

OT: Don't worry about not being able to view the bill with myTNB yet. Even TNB CS is unable to view the latest bill in their system for the time being sweat.gif

Tried to pay tnb Bill at sam penang yesterday with no problem. Maybe need to check with HL cs later.

i got my notification for payment to other merchant such as telekom / maxis / celcom, no notification at all for tnb

Just a heads up, I managed to link my TNB account in the new MyTNB page and got to see the new account no. rclxms.gif

I also saw my payment on 21st July via UOBPayOnline reflected on the page already. biggrin.gif

Yes, only account number matters. I usually state the No. Invois Cukai. If you do not have the latest bill, the previous number also usable. Also tried using No. Kontrak, transaction went thru too.
