when u made payment?

i made numerous payment to tnb via uob payonline by using HLB wise on 20/7/16, no email yet

21 July.... about 24 hours later got the notification email already with status approved...


now just hope the transaction really got go through...i cannot meet the 10x quota...

MY TNB payment on 21st is already posted at HLB portal.

My 2 petrol transactions on 18th are still missing. 2 different shell stations.

if you got notification email, means it went through already

i had experience with uob payonline, where i did not receive any notification email in 5 days after first payment. then i made payment (second) on the 6th day, i ended up with double payment

Anyone managed to pay TNB at Sam's Nu Sentral today successfully?

oh, i hate this. it will spoil all your usage planning for the month. if you just barely achieve 10x rm50, these 2 missing transactions will cause you to lose all your cb. if otherwise, it also will cause you to under utilise your cb allocation for this month.

My TNB payments on 21 July via UOB Online have now been captured on TNB e-services (transaction date 23 July). This may indicate that there could be a 2 day lag. Since its nearing the end of the month, if anyone still has unutilised cashback quota, it may be wise to make payment on 25 / 26 at the latest. The earlier the better.

Notwithstanding the above, my HLB Connect has not posted the TNB transactions yet. I suspect they will be posted tomorrow and I'll update accordingly. I'll be very relieved, as that will ensure my 10 swipes are fulfilled for this month.

Yeah, if tomorrow still not posted, gonna make the last 2 swipes. Luckily still having some quota for CB. The 2 petrol transactions better don't appear forever.

Shell seems to be unpredictable recently, I got one posted after almost 1 month causing me to lose the CB for last month
the second one this month is only posted 2 days after transaction.. maybe my second transaction triggered shell's attention of my earlier one not posted yet.

not sure it's shell or hong leong's issue...

my friday tnb payments have yet to appear on both TNB and HLB account. hopefully by tmr.

I made payment on 21st and already posted in my HL Connect on 22nd.

Similar transaction over uobpayonline using same bank on the same day but posted 2 days later than yours, weird

So long already posted, then OK already.

Just a heads up guys.

Recently YES 4G portal has changed and what appeared in the payment history is different too from the past months. I will report back in the status of CB eligibility under mobile later and hope nothing changes.
