Actually what transactions count as 2x or 5x? I've searched in this thread and the old one and the answers not very consistent.
So with VI Taobao in MYR is 5x? Airbnb in MYR or foreign currency both 5x? Amazon? How to tell if the payment gateway is local or overseas. Thanks |

Sorry guys got some more noob questions again.
When I check my TP balance in M2U, there's the available balance which is the total for my primary card only. My wife's supplementary card TP is shown but is not included in the total available balance. So my question is can I redeem all (primary+supplementary) TP points into my own asiamiles account? Or does it have to be separated? And normally how long on average does Maybank take to top up the AM account? Thanks again everyone |

Sigh I missed out on this one. Even if tied I would go all in. Congrats to those daring to support after halftime.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 4 2019, 11:25 AM) OK, now I know why you guys were saying the Premier hotline is so good. I called for the first time, rang twice and picked up. I spent on both VI and AR but only got 10k TP for VI. Let me know how it goes please. ThanksI was clarifying on the 10k TP for my AR as I didn't receive it, only got it for MUVI. She had to check and told me will call me back within 15 minutes which she did. So, as suspected I have to start using on that AR to get the free 10k TP. |

QUOTE(herc @ Mar 4 2019, 02:42 PM) Haha sorry my bad I got it too. Only gonna show up in my statement later this month.Biggest regret not getting this card sooner. HSBC costed me so many points when they devalued points to airmiles so drastically |

QUOTE(nickocinde @ Mar 13 2019, 06:34 PM) Stop jealousy when you got no guts to do so and call this nonsese. I almost spend 50k above for petrol, utilities and groceries. Do you want to call this a loophole also just because you are not capable to spend like me? What jealousy and what "nonsese"? The other person was saying some people purely reload BP just to withdraw cash out from ATM. That IS 100% a loophole. No need to brag la you spend how muchQUOTE(nickocinde @ Mar 13 2019, 06:37 PM) Steal? Can you imagine how many are withrawing and not repaying on time? Why do you think bank encourage you to loan offering 0%? Who is the shark now? Got banks offer 0% loan??? Please introduce to me hahahahaNormally credit card advance the interest is a lot higher and usually in advance also. Still think reload BP and withdraw with cash is not loophole? |

QUOTE(hlee077 @ Mar 14 2019, 10:56 AM) Thank u. Yeah, like your calculation RM1000 surcharge to get 80k TP which is 17,777 miles. Almost 6 cents a mile which is what I value them around. But how do u get the calculation? say if I make a transaction of RM 40,000. For 2x TP, I'll get 82,000TP, with RM1000 charge. For that amount of TP, convert to miles is 18,222. Roughly a return ticket to Hong Kong. So is not really worth the RM1000. Am I right? But if 5 TP, you'll get 200k TP which is 44,444 miles. Only a little more than 2 cents a miles. Definitely value la unless you have more miles than you can spend. In short (for me), 5x TP worth it to pay 2.5% surcharge. I just redeemed companion award on CX for my wife KUL-JFK-LAX-HKG-KUL for 128k miles. The ticket I bought for myself was slightly more than 15k. So I got more than 11 cents value per mile |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Mar 14 2019, 12:02 PM) Yes... Couldn't agree with you more... Well some people feel defensive and therefore defend their abusing of the system. So they're saying this is intended "feature" of ewallets. If you have legit payments/purchases, just top up on match day win, and pay with bp.... As I have written many times, withdrawing cash and recycling the next month is abuse of the system .....but lots of people don't think that's wrong, and nobody should criticise..... Anyways I think with more time this premier thread will gather more and more people who just reload ewallets and mostly withdraw. Oh well, since we're to mind our own business, my suggestion is to go all the way. Get supplementary M2P cards, BP account, boost account for all family members. 6 cards should get more than 400K TP a month if MU win. Let's see how long Maybank, BP and Boost can tahan. |

The match vs Everton can watch till the end before swipe. But in case they lose, probably will swipe some vs Wolves/West Ham
