Just randomly checked a flight to UK, 145k AM + RM2k, still much cheaper than Krisflyer but i'm assuming the required points will vary and could even be more than 145k?
*
LHR and CDG are slightly out of range.

Whereby AMS FCO ZRH FRA DUS all are within 120k

U can try KUL-DOH-LHR/CDG

or fly out from PEN

Is pledging FD without income slip and bank statement to apply this card still works? does pledging higher amount increase success rate?

Does record of using previous mbb CC help? I'm using Maybank 2 Gold currently for more than 2 years without any late payment record and spend around 80k annually, more or less sometime.

Thank you guys
*
Pledge still working, ask Maybank how much they want you to pledge. No income slip nor bank statement required, nothing to do with track record too.

Thanks for the info.
This is the exact problem we faced. I don't know how to use my son and granny KF miles, earned during our family outing 2 years ago. Although it is merely 1000+, but it can be significant if we are allowed to pool them.
Hence, some people suggested to transfer from KF into Virgin, pool, and back to KF. But I never really look into it, and I am not sure whether there is a minimum transfer points.
*
Back n forth, ur 1000+ left 600 smile.gif its 1.35 KF to 1 Velocity, again 1.35 Velocity to KF.

Agree. As mentioned above, left only 50-60%, rather than gets nothing. Worth all these hassle? Haha

You can't transfer KF to other miles (besides Virgin which is their partner).
However, you can redeem KF for any airlines within Star Alliance (KF is under Star Alliance).
Nevertheless it isn't worth taking other flight besides SQ.

Ie, redeem a business ticket to Europe
SQ: Business saver - 85k
SQ: Business normal - 120k
SA: Business normal - 170k!!
*
Business Saver and Star Alliance are same, please note the table for SQ J Saver is One-way and *A is Round-trip.

Regarding MUVI, has anyone has experience with this?

Spending on 1x Treatspoints transactions (for utilities, petrol, education, EzyPay and insurance) and earn 5x TreatsPoints.

5x TreatsPoints for all purchases when MU wins a Premier League match*
(*5x TreatsPoints is applicable to ALL purchases on the match day and there is no additional bonus TreatsPoints for petrol and groceries purchases)

5x TP provided Man Utd win later.

TP given based on your spending, no maximum limit.

At the moment I'll probably spend less than RM50k per month, so that means I should spend it with a few other card with similar earn rate, such as Worldmiles from SC?

By the way, your friend got kena cancellation in TP or he just simply got hit on the interest? I'm kinda curious the previously said court case on mbb is about what
*
the court case http://www.enanyang.my/news/20180228/%E4%B...%8812%E5%88%A4/

spent 22mil a year

No, I had chosen foreign currency while using Paypal, not in RM.
I am very sure I choose the correct one.
Also, it shows foreign currency value in the statement when paying in foreign currency.
Whereas if you pay with RM, it won't be showing any foreign value.

Which card offers better exchange rate?
VI or Amex?
Isn't that VI has better rate?
Please advise. Thank you.
*
If the Paypal gateway is MY, u get 2x TP only.

I favor VI more when spending oversea

Ah... so she sue the bank lol! I thought it's the other way round, and I think the bank is being generous for only cancelling like half of her TP, she still left with 54mil TP, what else she want lol!
*
She is amateur tongue.gif

TP redemption can do in daily basis haha. The half that bank cancelled worth 12mil miles drool.gif
