Try to call CS and say you want to cancel your M2C since you have the M2P now and would like to transfer all your points to your M2P. See if it works and report back to us

I request to transfer my m2 gold point to my m2 plat ,and now they make a mistake transfer it to my m2 premier ,then i ask them to fix it ,they mentioned would get it done back to my plat ,but been a week not fix yet

Enrich, you can still get decent deals as it's based on supply and demand. So when fares are low, miles redemption is low. Few months ago I redeemed KL-Tokyo business class return for 100k miles.

limeuu / anyone else..  I've been relying on Enrich in the past as I wasn't sure how the Krisflyer waitlist system works. Mind sharing how KrisFlyer / Asia Miles compares to Enrich? Obviously it adds another transit point, but apart from that:
1. Which FFP gets you better value?
2. How does the wait list system work?
3. Any other comments about the difference between these FFP?

Just wanted to share that today I tried to cancel off my M2Premier cards because I am offered CIMB WEMC. So I called the Customer Service and have my M2Premier cards cancelled. According to them, my points cannot be transferred to another cards which I am holding e.g. M2Platinum. All TP must be redeemed before cancellation and if I have any installments, the installments have to be settled.

It's new ruling though, since 20th Jan 2019. Last year, we still can transfer off our points away.

Update: OK, I called again and asked specifically about paying for LHDN. CS said yes, will earn KF Miles. They have no restriction on earning KF Miles on any transaction.

I thought Premier hotline CS only handles Premier cards ma. OK, will call them soon.
