I just received cash back from Auto debit campaign previously done and now this happen.

Can i transfer back the auto debit to other CC?

Will they ask back the cash back that i received?

Ignore the article that says only Maybank cards are accepted, actually all credit cards from all banks.

I just move my insurance auto debit yesterday from M2C Mastercard to new AEON card, to earn AEON Member point.

Maybank 2 Cards still has all the ticks.

Not clear on dining and shopping TP awards.

Thanks for the suggestion. My VOX max out each month for other online purchases. Shall use PBB VS perhaps. Hassle to stop the auto debit. Any method to change payment mode besides going to counter? Online available?

Using Amex coz 5x TP plus the RM2 rebate for auto debit. Monthly bill only RM80. Small difference only in returns.

Have changed auto debit credit cards many times (for insurance too) each time the T&C changes.

this is actually not bad. convert to point cash back its actually about 0.4%

the reason i put my insurance under the m2c last time i was thinking well they cant go worst then 1x point ma. coz i also lazy switch here n there. earn abit better then ntg... well f*** me. they went worst

anyone know why when i try to order stuff from amazon us with amex it got rejected?

tried twice still reject and i change to the mastercard (with mbb2) and approved.

tried calling them to ask but the phone just keep ringing and no one pick up

allow me to ask some silly verification first,

1. has the amex been used to pay for any online purchases before?
2. the CVC number, was it the one at the back or at the front that you used?
3. what is the rejection message?

amex CVV is 4 digit number at the front of the card.......just above the amex logo

Amazon never ask for cvc number. The mastercard that get thru also no ask cvc

ykk3 it's difficult as you have nothing in black n white, u may try complaining to the branch manager or even BNM but i doubt any actions will be taken

That is NOT entirely true. Most types of retail transaction for Maybankard 2 Card American Express will still earn 5x TP. Only those categories stated are affected, which some are earning only 2x TP currently reduced to no point or 1x TP only. The new affected categories are petrol and EPP transaction, which are still earning 5x TP at the moment.
