Then, I don't know because I still haven't received my cards yet. Mine shown since July and pending for delivery in Sept/Oct. So, I'm not sure eventually will come to my office or not. laugh.gif

i saw m2u stating the "new card pending activation"

they will send to house by normal post? AR post or post laju?

Anyone got the replacement card for pin and pay?

Mine shows since July and I still haven't got it. After clarifying with CS, mine will be in Sept/Oct batch.
According to the CS, will be sent via normal post.

wow! that's so long ago!
mine just showed somewhere last week, if based on your timeframe, I would only be getting mine somewhere around Dec/Jan 2017 already.

all 3 cards (each in individual envelope) were put in a clear plastic cheque 'bag' (security bag?).

No issue one because it will only start using in July next year.

Not sure but cybpsych received via Poslaju, maybe they have changed to Poslaju.

my sister received 3 card (mbb2 + ikhwan master) for the pin and pay via poslaju.
But I still haven't got mine. the batches is not based on area???

I doubt so and I don't know how they send. If by tenure, I already held the cards for more than 5 years since it was out, I should have received much earlier. laugh.gif
Not important though, at least I don't need to my card information anywhere. tongue.gif

Same case like me. Now my card ia stuck at my old address while im across the ocean. Why was it so hard for them to call n confirm the address first?

I'm planning to just say I dint receive it instead of collect it from old address. They will still need to issue me new card. Die die also say dint receive

My mom received her PIN & PAY credit cards from Maybank back in June while I received mine in August. I've been using Maybankard 2 Cards longer than my mom. I received my Maybankard 2 Cards just one week after Maybank came out with this product.

Like others have said, all cards were delivered together via Poalaju. All cards were put in a separate sealed envelope but all envelopes containing the cards were put in a sealed transparent plastic bag.
