My mom received her PIN & PAY credit cards from Maybank back in June while I received mine in August. I've been using Maybankard 2 Cards longer than my mom. I received my Maybankard 2 Cards just one week after Maybank came out with this product.

Like others have said, all cards were delivered together via Poalaju. All cards were put in a separate sealed envelope but all envelopes containing the cards were put in a sealed transparent plastic bag.

How about the supplementary cards? Also in the same transparent plastic bag?

Hi all, we must sign behind the credit card? Because I hold a Pin&Pay credit card and process at AEON BIG cashier today. She ask me must sign at back only process with Credit Card.

Even my aunt use so many times credit card already also never ask her sign on it. But, I refuse to do so. I direct use VisaPayWave. The cashier face turned black. xD

Just wonder, now we have pin and pay already. What point for the signature?

I am first time use CC, why the transaction will not direct reflect to my M2U?

Yes, as per credit card agreement, we must sign at the back
anyway, what's so difficult about signing at the back?

It's written at back of the card that it's not authorized unless not signed.

The signature in this case is not to facilitate payment and authenticity verification, but as tacid agreement with the terms and conditions of the use of the cc....

perhaps they've stopped accepting amex? i read some reported some of their usual amex spots doesnt accept amex now.

to be sure, call cs to know the status of the cards (if there's any issue in blocking transaction, etc.)

I do have a question about Maybank 2 Card RM9 Million Cashback

What is the RM500 Qualifying Transaction?

Does it mean that if i only spend 1.5k on that month, on a weekend, i'll qualify the rebate? Lets not mention about the max payout for that month for the time being

qualifying transactions do not need to be during weekend
after qualifying, anything u spent on weekend will be calculated for cash back
of course you can also straight away qualify and be counted by spending on weekends only
