Nope. First swipe no issue la, mine even second swipe also no issue, only after that they tried to call me. This was when I was in Japan which I forgot to inform.

Then, I went to SG for 2D1N trip, I didn't bother to inform because I knew I won't be using that many times. So I swiped once in USS store, no issue and that's all.

Check out those banks or credit centre with 0%. I know AEON is still offering 0% for 6 months.

I just checked out my M2U app and when I tapped on my "Cards" account, it shows "Pending New Card Activation" for all my Maybank CC. Is it everyone also have it? Or my new replacement cards were already out? If it is latter, I will need to call their CS to check about this...

No such notice though if I log in via M2U desktop browser.

Yeah, I spoke to the CS and she said mine are still queuing and only will receive in September or early October. So I manage to change to my office address temporarily and will change the address again after I receive my cards. I wanted to collect from KL Sentral branch but she said PIN & Pay cards cannot be collected from branch...

At the same time I also requested to cancel my AmEx Plat Card. Only used once for PPL and haven't swiped anything.

Mine will be the Pin & Pay but in September though... Long way to go.

My M2Cards will expire in April 2017 and Ikhwan Mastercard will expire in Oct 2020 and I was told I will get my replacement cards in Sept/Oct.

I'm different from you, not urgent though.

Erm, branches and card centres don't produce replacement for PIN & Pay cards. I can't even ask for collection from nearest branch, I called and asked yesterday.

Slowly wait ya... I called and mine will be in Sept/Oct batch though I also see the Pending Activation button.

Already shared since June and it's not a guaranteed cash back. It's a promo.

Me either and knowing the cash back will only come next year, I don't think I will be interested unless I really have something to spend and I have no better cards than AmEx that time.

Second part, you can check the expiry date of your points from your statement, I can see it from my online statement.

As in which stuff are worth redeeming, you will need to check and evaluate yourself. AEON vouchers no longer last forever, it has expiry date now.

Eventually everyone's cards will be replaced to PIN & Pay cards which we will start using from 1st July 2017. It's a ruling from BNM, we will insert passcode for our transactions rather than signature anymore. Not only Maybank, all banks will send as well.

So far I have received three replacement cards from other banks. Recently, my Maybank cards also showing the message same as yours. I called them to check out the delivery address and I was told mine will be only sent in Sept/Oct though it's already started showing now.

Please don't activate anything until you get your new replacement cards. Meanwhile, your current cards still can be used. No worries.

But once you receive your new cards, you will need to activate new cards within 60 days if I'm not mistaken, the old cards will be auto deactivated if you don't do it on time. It will be mentioned in the accompanying letter, at least for other banks they do give.

If I'm not mistaken all the terminals will be replaced by 1st January and will start implementing on 1st July. So it could be, can start using on 1st January.
Either that or they sent you the old brochure.
