Same card no. is for sure. As for CVV, since AmEx only has a few CVV, so I'm not surprised it is the same but for Visa/MasterCard should have different CVV. Both cards will come with different expiry date.

You can call CS and ask change from Master to Visa.
CS will as you either you wan to cancel the Master or not.

I have all 3. (Amex, Visa and Mastercard)

Erm, all active and can be swiped? Rightfully once you activate either Visa or MasterCard, the other one is auto deactivated.
I have changed mine twice or thrice but only one of them is active. Now I'm on MasterCard, kinda lazy to change to Visa though I wanted to because my Ikhwan is already MC.

If the company your work for pay salary via maybank. Then no form required.
Just call them up and tell them u want which credit card. Within 1 week the card will be delivered to you or u can request pick up at specific branch

My Maybank2Cards were invited by them, so no documents.
Maybank Ikhwan applied via phone, no documents required but got rejected.
Applied through email, just submitted all documents in case la..
My salary is paid via Maybank.
Having M2Cards and Ikhwan.

What is the procedure for changing Master to Visa other than visit branch? Can you share the experience please if you request online

So far I changed it via call and branch. You can try email. Just tell them you want to change from your existing MC to Visa.

I upgraded 2card gold to platinum. And have both visa and master and 2 Amex card..

I believe the Gold card is no longer usable, just that it may show in your M2U but cannot be used anymore.

Meaning that I have 6 cards in total for 2 cc facility..

Good for you then. When I upgraded my M2Cards early last year, the KLCC staff straight told me, my Gold cards will be deactivated which I agreed and not long after that removed from system already.

I thought the same too. I thought gold will be deactivated after they upgraded my card.. But after so many months all 6 of my card is still usable. Lol.

And I'm still using Ikwan gold to swipe for groceries and petrol..

If this is the case, are you getting two separate cash back from Gold & platinum ??
