@alphonse, i agree with u accept that TS actually called up to ask for the same plan. now if TS kept quiet and waited for them to offer or just didnt bother to do anything then i agree that its business. but when customer comes up and have a fair point on being treated unfairly, its always better to look at the mirror. like what steven X said if i was in charge i would goreng marketing kao kao. whether it was a gimmick or not intended when u are caught with your hands in the cookie jar, own up. i guess less ppl have no more ethical sense now days. it goes a long way to show your customer that u r really doing your best for them and being ethical is a key. Always need to fight for consumer right and im happy that ts, u are because if we dont big companies like that would take advantage on us.
