I am new maxis user since March 2020, waiting for the zerolution plan due to 3 months maturity policy. But then when I was trying to subscribe for zerolution, they informed me that my account need to wait till March 2021 to be fully matured for zerolution package. Asked a few maxis centre/dealer around Subang Jaya and Puchong area and they will check your CTOS score for eligibility.
Little did I know that Maxis has already change they zerolution policy without any memo to their customers. You may check Maxis page (esp. iphone 12 zerolution) and look up at the comments. Many maxis customers are disappointed due to this.
