A lot immature customer to deal . if the ppl is supervisor or higher position ,u can talk like that .low Level staff like them , don't talk like that . mgmt won't listen to them one .bring ur case to MCMC !

Checked with maxis Twitter . was denied to mop98. Then I show the screenshot shared by forumer here . immediately , he replied to my msg and asked if I want to change it with immediate effect .

No penalty no contract extension . now in mop98

Don't hope for that . that rm88 or 68 5gb only offer to selected customer . no way they will offer to u . if u r not in contract ,juz port out . else ,if ur ivalue 1, contact maxis Twitter and show the screenshot on previous page to get mop98

to be honest , whenever we signed contract with telco , we have already agreed to the charges and offer .

For Jackson case , maxis can choose to ignore and forget about it . they can offer any packages to diff customer . we got no right to question them . this is the fact .

On the other hand , maxis slow to react on market needs and changes . that's another diff story .celcom offer 5+5gb at rm80,doesn't mean maxis have to counter that .

But since maxis choose to upgrade MOP data , they must have expect other plan user like ivalue 1 will not happy .

If u don't want to join maxis , don't simply label their existing customer as water fish . willing seller ,willing buyer .

Was served by this yamini moment ago as well. Juz to double check on my package ,contract period and data allocate for this package .

Should have contact maxis thru livechat ,fastest and easier.maxis Twitter buat bodoh saja juz now, until I printscreen ,then only allowed me to change to MOP98!

Juz changed plan to mop98 frm ivalue 1. Anyone notice that maxis deduct data from the free 3gb instead of the original mop98 1gb there ?
