they offer me rm45 for 3gb data and 300min and 300 sms free (2 years contract) or 7gb for rm88 yesterday afternoon. asked about rm68 plan, they said not available anymore. but my friend received call a few minutes after that and offered rm68 for 5gb! wuddehell maxis..

so everyone who got offer 88 for 7gb need to be on contract for 2 year to stay 7gb? if refuse to be in contract how? did the contract automatically imposed or did they call us?

mine also has been change from MOP 188 to MOP 98 and i need to pay rm9.90 for spotify renewal which i have been offered for free last time..

yups... and no more spotify premium. its clearly in my last bill and im with MOP 188. they just simply change my plan without my consent.

just called cs. They said my plan is customize plan, so during the time they offered me, the only available plan that have 7gb data is MOP 188. But now, since they have new plan with 7gb data, they migrating my plan to respective plan that provide same data and same benefits. Then i told him, the benefits is not same because i cant get spotify premium and 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming if my plan change to MOP 98. He said, i will get all the thing that their marketing team offered me last time. And if i been charged 9.90 for spotify premium, they asked me to call them back and they will waived the charge accordingly. So even my plan has been change to MOP 98, i still get 7gb data + unlimited call + unlimited sms + spotify premium + 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming. Same like what they just offered me.

i still got whatever they offered me the last time, so i cant argue. unless they dont want to waived my spotify premium and 15gb data allocation, then only i can say they cheated me.
