Smart consumer shall always research and subscribe to the best plan suitable for themselves all the time. The market is in heavy competition, consumers shall constantly take the best offer to own benefit.
Expecting operator to treat us better because we are loyal to them is just a one-sided feeling ... unless the operator promised loyalty will in exchange for better treatment else consumers can't really blame the operator in not doing so. |
